The Project
AURA is not simply a penthouse — it is a fully realized private sanctuary elevated above the ordinary.
Conceived as a rare fusion of architecture, light, and lifestyle, this residence was designed to create a seamless dialogue between interior refinement and open-sky living.
Floor-to-ceiling glass invites natural light to flood the living spaces, while expansive terraces extend the home outward, dissolving the boundary between inside and sky. At the center of the experience is a private rooftop pool — sculptural, serene, and engineered for both quiet retreat and vibrant gathering.
The interiors were crafted with a restrained yet luxurious material palette. Natural stone, bespoke millwork, and custom finishes create a tactile depth that feels curated rather than decorated.
The chef’s kitchen was designed as both a functional workspace and a social hub, while bedrooms were envisioned as tranquil suites and bathrooms evoke a spa-like atmosphere.
